What is DevOps ?

DevOps is the combination of cultural philosophies, practices and tools that increases an organization’s ability to deliver applications and services at high velocity: evolving and improving products at a faster pace compared to organizations traditional software development and infrastructure management processes. This speed enables organizations to better serve their customers and compete more effectively in the market. -AWS

Often this level of automation demands a huge infrastructure of systems doing a specific task. In this case, open source tools are go to solutions because they are good for proofing your idea, they attract support from the developer community and usually comes with good level of customizations.

How ever the caveat is, there are ton of such tools. Solidifying on questions like below can be challenging.

2. What are my other options
