Often this level of automation demands a huge infrastructure of systems doing a specific task. In this case, open source tools are go to solutions because they are good for proofing your idea, they attract support from the developer community and usually comes with good level of customizations.

How ever the caveat is, there are ton of such tools. Solidifying on questions like below can be challenging.
