In this article, I will explain what DevSecOps is, how it is altering the software industry, and how we can instill and measure the progress of implementing one.
DevSecOps Maturity Model
Product teams may use this model to analyze their product’s present maturity and determine what needs to be done to move it forward.
Scale
This maturity model specifies maturity levels for several dimensions, and there are subdimensions inside each dimension.
A product is graded in five stages for each sub dimension, beginning with Initial, which effectively implies not regarded feasible for a DevSecOps platform, and progressing through Repeatable, Defined, and Managed to obtain Optimized.

Dimensions ?
- Reliability
- Logging
- Security
- Monitoring
- Continuous Integration
- Continuous Deployment
- Testing
- Cost Management
- Patch Management
- Requirement Traceability
- Documentation
